Director of Business Development

The qualified candidate will have a high amount of international experience and be a quick adapter.  Large amounts of work time will be spent in rural and often remote locations performing first hand research on the Mongolian real estate market.  The Director of Business Development will be responsible for communicating accurate information and maintaining relations with investors.  Mongolian language ability is a big plus.

Interns

A perfect opportunity to become quickly involved in the development of an emerging market.  This will not be a typical 9-5 office internship.  Rather, a bulk of the time will be spent travelling in the picturesque Mongolian countryside getting a firsthand experience with this fascinating culture.  Interns will be responsible for gathering information on the conditions of the Mongolian rural real estate market and preparing this information for presentation.  An ideal position for the motivated, business-minded, outdoor/adventure-lover.
