Our goal is to meet the rising demand for quality residential and commercial real estate in 2nd and 3rd tier Mongolian cities. Our strategy is to identify undervalued real estate and renovate it to meet the standards of increasingly sophisticated domestic and foreign businesses. This strategy is an extension of the proven business model successfully implemented by sister company Mongolian Properties in Ulaanbaatar. Mongolian Properties identified, acquired, and renovated undervalued real estate to serve a market demand driven by greater amounts of foreign investment. In doing so, Mongolian Properties achieved annual rental yields of up to 50% with high capital appreciation.
In executing this strategy, we will leverage the following competencies that separate us from the competition:
1. Superior Knowledge of the Real Estate Market: RDC frequently surveys and reviews real estate information in rural areas across the country.
2. Superior Knowledge of Mongolian Real Estate Law: RDC can draw on the 8 years of experience Mongolian Properties has in acquiring, developing, and leasing land in Mongolia, with much of the talent still in house.
3. Construction Crews: RDC will draw on construction crews that have 2 years work experience in Mongolia.
